Scale:

Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup cold coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp Salted Perfection Key West Select Blend (plus extra for rimming)
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill a shaker and glasses)
  • Lime wheels and orange twists, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of 4 old-fashioned or rocks glasses. Dip the rims in Key West Select Blend to coat—don't be shy, that's the ocean breeze right there.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, coconut water, and 1/2 tsp Key West Select Blend.
  3. Shake hard for 20 seconds—like you mean it! Confidence is the best ingredient.
  4. Fill the rimmed glasses with fresh ice. Strain the margarita evenly into each glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and an orange twist. Sip and let the Pacific vibes wash over you.
  6. DUNZO!

Tony’s Fine Print

They tell me every recipe needs a little fine print, so here’s mine. I do my best to keep things straight, no surprises and no sneaky allergens. The info you see here is put together with care, capisce? But kitchens are wild places and ingredients do not always behave. Always double-check the labels on what you buy, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. If something does not look right, trust your gut (and your doctor) before you trust me. Bottom line: I am here to guide, not to diagnose. You cook, you taste, you take responsibility.

Deal? Good. Now let’s eat.
