Total time 30 minutes

No Added Sugar

You want that classic deli crunch without the sugar spike? I got you. This is a sharp, vibrant salad where the cucumbers stay snappy and the tomatoes bring the balance. It’s clean, it’s fast, and it’s got that Manhattan edge.

Made to serve: 1-2
Scale:

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced into half-moons
  • 2 tbsp Salted Perfection Manhattan Select Blend
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice your cucumbers and onions thin—we are talking paper-thin if you have got the knife skills for it.
  2. Throw the cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and onions into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the apple cider vinegar with the Salted Perfection Manhattan Select Blend in a small container until the seasoning is fully integrated.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss them gently so you do not bruise the tomatoes.
  5. Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes to let the acidity do its work and the monkfruit in the blend balance the vinegar.
  6. Give it one more toss right before you plate it up. DUNZO!

Tony’s Fine Print

They tell me every recipe needs a little fine print, so here’s mine. I do my best to keep things straight, no surprises and no sneaky allergens. The info you see here is put together with care, capisce? But kitchens are wild places and ingredients do not always behave. Always double-check the labels on what you buy, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. If something does not look right, trust your gut (and your doctor) before you trust me. Bottom line: I am here to guide, not to diagnose. You cook, you taste, you take responsibility.

Deal? Good. Now let’s eat.
