You are going to own this New Year's Eve party! This cocktail is vibrant, festive, and incredibly easy to execute. The warm spice of the salt rim perfectly balances the tart cranberry and sweet rum. Get those glasses ready because you are about to serve pure celebration in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Rum
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
  • 2–4 tbsp Salted Perfection Cinnamon Vanilla Finishing Salt

Instructions

  1. Pour a small amount of the cranberry juice into a shallow dish and spread the Salted Perfection Cinnamon Vanilla Finishing Salt into a separate small plate.
  2. Dip the rim of each champagne flute into the juice to moisten it, then immediately dip into the salt to create a festive, sugary-salty rim.
  3. Divide the rum and the remaining cranberry juice evenly among the four prepared glasses.
  4. Slowly top each glass with the chilled Prosecco to keep the bubbles lively.
  5. Serve immediately and toast to the new year. DUNZO!
