Ingredients
- 1 cup Cranberry juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup Rum
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- 2–4 tbsp Salted Perfection Cinnamon Vanilla Finishing Salt
Instructions
- Pour a small amount of the cranberry juice into a shallow dish and spread the Salted Perfection Cinnamon Vanilla Finishing Salt into a separate small plate.
- Dip the rim of each champagne flute into the juice to moisten it, then immediately dip into the salt to create a festive, sugary-salty rim.
- Divide the rum and the remaining cranberry juice evenly among the four prepared glasses.
- Slowly top each glass with the chilled Prosecco to keep the bubbles lively.
- Serve immediately and toast to the new year. DUNZO!
