Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Salted Perfection Plymouth Select Blend
- 1 cup white rum
- 2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 4 cups ice cubes
- Fresh cranberries (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of four highball or rocks glasses to moisten them.
- Pour the Salted Perfection Plymouth Select Blend onto a small plate. Dip the wet rim of each glass into the blend, rotating gently to coat the edge with that savory, cranberry-infused seasoning.
- Fill each glass to the top with ice cubes. Don't be shy with the ice; we want this crisp.
- Pour 1/4 cup of rum into each glass over the ice.
- Add 1/2 cup of cranberry juice to each glass.
- Top each glass with about 1/4 cup of club soda for that signature spritzer fizz.
- Give each drink a gentle stir with a spoon to combine the layers without killing the bubbles.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge or a few floating cranberries if you have them handy.
- Serve immediately while it's still bubbling. DUNZO!
