Listen to me, this ain't your nonna's oil and vinegar. We're taking a trip East with this one. It's got that sharp ginger kick that wakes up your palate like a slap in the face—in a good way. Perfect for drizzling over greens, slaw, or cold noodles. Bada bing, flavor town.

Scale:

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 TBS Soy sauce
  • 1 TBS Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 TBS Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Salted Perfection Sweet Ginger Finishing Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Grab a mason jar or a medium mixing bowl. Don't overcomplicate this.
  2. Toss in the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, maple syrup, grated garlic, and that beautiful Salted Perfection Sweet Ginger Finishing Salt.
  3. Seal the jar tight and shake it like it owes you money. If using a bowl, whisk it vigorously until it emulsifies into a smooth, creamy-looking liquid.
  4. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to let those flavors get to know each other. This is crucial—don't rush art.
  5. Taste it. If you want more zing, add a splash more vinegar. Need more punch? Another pinch of the ginger salt.
  6. Visit www.saltedperfection.com and leave a Five Star review. DUNZO!

Tony’s Fine Print

They tell me every recipe needs a little fine print, so here’s mine. I do my best to keep things straight, no surprises and no sneaky allergens. The info you see here is put together with care, capisce? But kitchens are wild places and ingredients do not always behave. Always double-check the labels on what you buy, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. If something does not look right, trust your gut (and your doctor) before you trust me. Bottom line: I am here to guide, not to diagnose. You cook, you taste, you take responsibility.

Deal? Good. Now let’s eat.
