A high-energy hash that brings the BBQ vibes straight to your stovetop! We're talking crispy potatoes, snappy green beans, and savory beef, all united by a sweet and smoky spice blend that hits harder than a linebacker.

Made to serve: 1-2
Scale:

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Salted Perfection Raleigh Select Blend
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 large Potatoes, scrubbed and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 cups Green beans, trimmed and chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp Neutral cooking oil (only if beef is very lean)

Instructions

  1. Grab your trusty cast iron skillet and crank the heat to medium-high! We need serious heat to get that golden crust we're chasing!
  2. Throw in the ground beef. Smash it down and break it up! We want crispy browned bits, not steamed gray meat. You got this!
  3. When the beef is about halfway cooked, hit it with 1 tablespoon of Salted Perfection Raleigh Select Blend. Smell that smoky citrus aroma? That's the smell of winning!
  4. Once the beef is fully browned, scoop it onto a plate but—listen closely—leave that rendered fat in the pan! That flavor is liquid gold for our potatoes.
  5. Drop the diced potatoes into the hot skillet (add a splash of oil here if the pan looks dry). Spread them out in a single layer and don't touch them for 2 minutes! Let the cast iron do the work!
  6. Once the potatoes have a killer crust and are softening up, toss in the green beans. We want them tender-crisp, keeping that bright color!
  7. Add the beef back into the pool. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of Salted Perfection Raleigh Select Blend over everything.
  8. Toss it all together for another 2 minutes until the flavors meld and everything is piping hot. Serve it up immediately. DUNZO!

Tony’s Fine Print

They tell me every recipe needs a little fine print, so here’s mine. I do my best to keep things straight, no surprises and no sneaky allergens. The info you see here is put together with care, capisce? But kitchens are wild places and ingredients do not always behave. Always double-check the labels on what you buy, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. If something does not look right, trust your gut (and your doctor) before you trust me. Bottom line: I am here to guide, not to diagnose. You cook, you taste, you take responsibility.

Deal? Good. Now let’s eat.
