Made to serve: 3-4
Scale:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat, your call)
- 1/2 English cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup finely minced red onion
- 2.5 tsp Salted Perfection Key West Select Blend
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (or parsley, if you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- First things first, grab that English cucumber. Grate it up real nice, then wrap it in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze out every last drop of water. This is crucial, capisce? No one likes a watery dip.
- Next, get your red onion super finely minced. We're lookin' for tiny pieces here, so it blends seamlessly into the dip, not big chunks.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, the grated and squeezed cucumber, the minced red onion, the Salted Perfection Key West Select Blend, chopped cilantro, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Stir everything together until it's perfectly combined. Give it a taste and add a little freshly cracked black pepper if you like. The Key West blend brings all the citrusy, savory, and slightly sweet notes you need, so no extra lime juice required.
- Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This lets all those amazing flavors get to know each other, making it even better. It’s like a flavor party in there!
- Serve your glorious Sunshine Citrus Greek Dip with an assortment of fresh vegetables like carrot sticks, celery, bell pepper strips, or some crispy pita chips. Enjoy!
