Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 12 oz Canned chicken breast, drained and flaked
- 2 Sweet peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 cup Premade salsa
- 1 cup Chicken broth (or water)
- 2 tbsp Salted Perfection Key West Select Blend
Instructions
- Get your head in the game! Place the slow cooker crock on the counter and dump in the drained beans, flaked chicken, diced peppers, and salsa.
- Pour in the broth to get things moving, then sprinkle in the Salted Perfection Key West Select Blend. That is your secret weapon for flavor victory!
- Give it a strong stir to combine everything evenly. We want every bite to be a winner.
- Cover that pot and set it to Low for 3 to 4 hours (or High for 2 hours). We are looking for the peppers to soften and the flavors to become best friends.
- Give it one final stir, ladle it into bowls, and serve it up hot. You crushed this! DUNZO!

We were in Meijer yesterday and thought that white chicken chili sounded good on a cold winter night so wanted to pick up ingredients. We have a favorite recipe that we’ve made in the past but did not have it with us so I decided to Ask Chef Tony! I could only remember that the recipe we’ve made before used premade salsa, great northern beans, and I decided this time to try canned chicken to keep it simple. Tony delivered! We made this for dinner tonight and it is SO GOOD!!! It’s better than our old recipe. The Key West seasoning makes all the difference.
Bob, love hearing how the Key West seasoning stole the show for you! Canned chicken is a smart shortcut that doesn’t skimp on flavor. Keep enjoying those cozy winter nights with a bowl of sunshine!
