Ingredients
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp Salted Perfection Abilene Select Blend
- 1 cup Avocado oil
Instructions
- Grab a tall, narrow jar that fits the head of your immersion blender. Crack the egg in there.
- Add the Dijon mustard, fresh lime juice, and the Salted Perfection Abilene Select Blend.
- Pour the Avocado oil right on top of everything. Let it sit for a moment so the egg settles at the bottom.
- Stick the immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar. Turn it on high and hold it completely still until you see white creamy ribbons forming at the base.
- Slowly pull the blender up to incorporate the rest of the oil until the mixture is thick and fully emulsified. DUNZO!
