- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp Salted Perfection Abilene Select Blend
Instructions
- Whisk the sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium bowl until the texture is completely smooth.
- Fold in the drained horseradish and the Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Add the lemon juice and the Salted Perfection Abilene Select Blend, stirring to distribute the seasoning evenly.
- Mix in the chopped chives for a fresh, herbal finish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; the cold environment allows the flavors to meld and the horseradish to permeate the cream.
- Serve chilled alongside roast beef, steak, or even a smoked fish platter. DUNZO!
