- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 4 oz lump crab meat, picked clean of shells
- 1 TBS mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, gently combine diced avocado, crab meat, mayonnaise, lime juice, red bell pepper, and cilantro. Handle with care, capisce? We want chunks, not guacamole mush.
